Bobby Clark
Field Technician II
Bobby grew up in the northern suburbs of Buffalo, NY. He relocated to the Adirondacks in 2012 and currently resides in Jay, NY with his wife Kayla and adventure dog Yodel The Brave. Bobby started as a Per Diem Research Technician in 2023 and is currently a Field Technician II at AWI. He previously served as the Manager of the High Peaks Information Center with the Adirondack Mountain Club engaging with the public as an outdoor educator, steward and wilderness guide. In his free time he can be found looking for mushrooms and exploring the remote reaches of the Adirondack Park by canoe, ski, bike and foot. Bobby loves history, is fascinated by the natural world and excited to work for an organization that helps to protect its most precious resource: water. He is co-author of Adirondack day hiking guidebook Peaks and Ponds and editor of the High Peaks Trails Guide and map.
