Jennifer Denny joined the AWI team in 2023 as the Stewardship Program Manager. She enjoys supporting the Watercraft Inspection Stewards by giving them the tools, skills, and training to succeed. With a background in environmental education, Jen’s experience ranges from giving public presentations and managing multi-day education programs, to guiding in remote Adirondack wilderness areas. She is passionate about sharing her appreciation for nature. Her most recent positions were Program Director at Great Camp Sagamore and Communications-Education Coordinator at the Adirondack Center for Loon Conservation.
Jen graduated from Paul Smith’s College in 2015 with a BS in Environmental Science, then earned her MS degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Unity College in 2023. During her free time, Jen loves to be out hiking, paddling, or skiing with her friends and family.
